Summery light anklets

We love the O Chevrons so much that we not only brought in more colors but also had a shorter version made that is perfect for summertime…
or anytime you want a lighter shorter sock. But there was a problem….
When the latest batch of O Chevrons arrived something was different and not quite right, it seems there was a mixup at the mill and the wrong yarn/elastic was used resulting in socks that we will only feel good about donating.
Then, upon closer inspection, we realized it also affected most of the new A Chevrons. Somehow it doesn’t seem as disastrous on the shorter version as it did on the longer ones. As you can see from the pictures they are still lovely, if you didn’t know better you might never notice they are not as nice as they could or should be, so I’ve decided to go ahead and offer them for sale, at a reduced price, only $5. They are still a comfy stretchy cotton blend that fits the curves of your feet nicely and stay up around your ankles~ I liked the tops slightly rolled down instead of cuffed and it adds to their unique appearance that is equally fashionable and comfy with sneakers or your sexiest heels.

I actually got something similar to these at a store called Avenue recently. They’re purple. I’m not sure if the design is quite a chevron or not since I haven’t worn them yet. But I was mostly there for some cute midcalf argyle front socks and a pair with dots but I had to get a certain ammount for them to be nice and cheap so I got those as well.
cute! what’s the diff between the regular materials and the ones used in these?
I love those shoes with those socks! Such a cute babydoll/badgirl mix! ::giggle::
We’re not sure what the actual diff is. They appear a bit worn before putting them on unlike the crisp clean look the better version is unworn, but as you can see they look fine on. We’ll have a better idea what happened when the supplier receives the samples of the good and the bad that we sent them this week.
