This very Tuesday Sept 15th.

The note about employees not carrying on non-sock related conversations in the store? It means don’t wander out there talking about things that have nothing to do with what is going on in the store. Oh, and the line above that means if you must walk through the store do so politely (like a lady, not like a baby).
