I wouldn't wear these with sneakers any more than I'd wear sneakers without socks.... these, to me, are more for open toed styles... flip flops, maybe yoga/stretching and being around the house in when you want to show off your toes.

Yes, Allie, gripping ability! I know that toeless toe socks do well with that too, but I'm pretty dead set on stirrups.

Raubynn, all the socks from the Dreamers line are so fab, they're the perfect early fall socks! But yay for openwork socks during hot weather, I think I need to pull out my Floral Lace knee highs tomorrow.

I know I clearly have an ulterior motive, but you should totally snag a pair of the Split Toe Foot Rings while it is still solidly sandal weather. Having that tiny little bit of sock to cushion sweaty summer feet from sandals is the best.

And yes, I have Niqkita to blame for making me dig socks so much I have even started wearing them to bed in the winter! Which, with the heat wave we're finally having right now, is way too much warm to contemplate.

it has been hot here...like Hell hot....90s 90s and then some 90s....and i dont have a/c so really and truthfully i have not worn socks this summer except for work....and i have lived in the crochet lover OTk by tabbisocks and the Florence and Paris trouser socks by Foot Traffic for work. these have been my staples.
i wont say i cant wait for fall because i adore the summer weather but jinkies it is a hot one this year - when the weather finally breaks - my first pair i will wear are the dreamstalker (or nightmares as i call them) socks cause I AM IN LOVE WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but i have been HUNGRY for those Split Toe Foot Ring from tabbisocks in the orange/turq combo....not sure why i havent gotten them yet - i oogle them enough.
(and Brenna, sshhhh dont tell Niqkita, but i am a barefooter at heart too! she got me completely hooked on socks.)

I totally agree, the stripey ones rock! They are also good for dance or yoga classes, because the heels and front of the foot can still grip the floor or mat. And then back on with the flip flops for the journey home.
