Falling into Autumn
Now that the big dress up day is over and the leaves have started to fall we’re taking winter warnings more seriously and trying not to think about Holiday shopping too much. Instead, we’re focusing on being warm enough in the morning to get to work, or where ever our mornings take us…
arm warmers and tights are nearly essential layers that can make getting dressed more fun.
We will be adding many more styles in the coming weeks as this time of year brings nearly never ending shipments of the 40 (and counting) brands we offer, so it is best to check often. And since we offer our US customers free shipping with no minimums or codes you can come back week after week and order something for yourself and get something for someone on your gift list and next thing you know you’ll have a fabulous socks wardrobe and all your holiday shopping done by the middle of December leaving you able to rest while everyone else runs around doing their last minute shopping and paying for rush shipping all the while complaining that everything they wanted is out of stock because they waited to long to get it.
If you follow this suggestion you can stock up on all the things that make getting dressed on chilly mornings fun while getting your holiday shopping done and you barely had to think about it at all…

My tip: Make sure to not only check the “Whats New” section regularly but also, if you have a favorite style, such as the O’Marled- check the style regularly as well….new colors come up but the style itself doesnt pop up in the “Whats New” section. ex. OMarled new black blend which is already showing as “out of stock”….(they are gorgeous and very Halloweeny/in season!! )
With respect to the above comment, it’d be nice to have a “back in stock” section…. so many of my favorites have been out of stock for such a long time that it’s hard to check each and every one of them to see whether they’ve come back.
Raubynn—Great tips! Our suppliers keep finding small lots of the most delicious yarn, I do have a soft spot for limited editions (which explains my nail polish collection), but dang I wish those new Black O Marleds could have stuck around.
Helen—Our Facebook is the best “back in stock” section, posting when much-missed styles are available again.
We’re also currently in the testing phase of a “notify me!” button, so folks can choose to get an automatic update when a prodigal favourite returns. Until then, the best thing to do is drop us a line asking for us to email you when the styles you’re waiting for are back in stock. That way you don’t have to check back at all and we can let you know if a style is seasonal, or if supplier decides to discontinue an item as soon as we know.
