New socks for summer
Though we know a lot of folks in warmer climes go sockless, just as many opt for a lightweight sock to wick away sweat and add a little cushion to summer shoes. Last year I shared some short socks for summer, and we’ve also looked at socks for sandals—but the wonderfulness of socks is that there are always new styles! So here are some of our favourites for dressing up your toes as the weather settles into summer warmth.
Some of the newest socks we’ve got are the Sweet Marcel anklets! Though all they’re all lovely, these two are some of the brightest and most summery patterns:

My favorite at this time of year are still the toeless Toesox… perfect for wicking sweat while still showing off tanned and polished toesies.

Those Catherine Anklets in pink are one of my current favorites! I bought a pair a week or so ago, and already I’m wanting a second pair, because I keep wanting to wear them!
@Niqkita, oh yes! Why I haven’t added a pair to my collection yet I don’t know! Goodness knows I love stirrup socks (http://blog.sockdreams.com/2010/08/07/sock-style-spotlight-summer-stirrup-socks/) and those are practically the same thing!
@Lucy, maybe you should get two more pair, then you can save one back for the future, when they start wearing out! It’ll be like a gift to future you.
