Newsletters… Coming Soon!
it’s been years since we sent out a newsletter, in fact… not since it was just me & my camera with a computer and a bunch of socks and that was at least nine years ago. For many years I felt that while everyone else is sending out email after email reminding us all of their new stuff and stuff that is still on sale we’d just keep on spreading the word through various forms of social media as they have evolved over the years. But the time is coming and we will not abuse the privilege of sending our dear customers newsletters via email…
they will only go out a few times a month and our first one will be requesting feedback from subscribers to find out what you really want to see and hear about from us. If you’ve been following us on Twitter, Facebook or Tumbler you already know Jess, she’ll be doing our newsletters and promises to keep it fun. So, if you haven’t already… go sign up, and don’t worry… we make it super easy to unsubscribe and we never ever sell our customers’ information to anyone so you will not suddenly start getting random emails from places you’ve never even heard of as a result of giving us your email address.
P.S. right after this happens… an entirely new search program will be in place, and it is awesome!!!

I am so excited that the newsletters will be coming. I would like to see like every week or two. I think the contest idea sounds fun. I love your socks and love that Y’all have knee-highs that actually fit me. You guys are awesome!

So happy to see the newsletters are out! I love all the progress that’s being made on making the online shopping experience that much more amazing.
Next I would like to see notifications go out for socks that will be discontinued or close to being out of stock, especially if it’s an item saved on your wishlist. There’s been a few times where I had the money to buy something, only to find out it was gone.
Might be a little tricky but I can hope, can’t I?
That’s a great idea Heather! we already send out a notification if something gets deleted, but it would be nice to alert folks when something is added to our Zap! catagory as well, especially if it is on your wishlist… we’ll see if we can pull that off =)
