~ Sock Dreams ~

This week I’m packing up all the sassiest, sultriest, scintillating socks and taking them to the Big Apple. That’s right folks, Sock Dreams is hitting the road for not only our first cross country event, but our first Burlesque Festival!

September 27th and 28th we will be vending at the 10th annual New York Burlesque Festival, taking place at the Bell House and Brooklyn Bowl; as well as donating prizes to the Saturday night show at B.B. King’s Blues Club and the Sunday awards show at The Highline Ballroom.

This event promises the cream of the Burlesque crop, including Portland’s own Russel Bruner, who was named Best Boylesque Performer of 2012 by The Burlesque Hall of Fame and the reigning Queen of Burlesque Imogen Kelly
.

In addition to many, many thigh highs and tights from our Leg Avenue collection, I will be selling a wide variation of our Sock Dreams and Dream Stocking line. I am most especially excited to share the glory of the Extraordinary thigh highs and the Long Cuffable Scrunchables with New Yorkers, who will have a great appreciation for them during their cold winters.

Previous to the event itself, I will be on vacation from September 22nd to October 2nd, wandering the streets of Brooklyn and Manhattan, giving out coupons to folks wearing awesome socks and  generally spreading the good word of Sock Dreams.
