This week we added a shiny new review system to our site and right away we started seeing the results. Not only can you post reviews, you can also ask a question right there on the product and get an answer by one of our Dreamer staff members (or even a knowledgeable shopper sometimes). And since those questions and answers stay right there with the style in question as time goes by we’ll get a good collection going and you might find your questions have already been answered… this is exciting for us because we see a lot of the same questions come here via email and this might save everyone time in the long run.
Everyone who has shopped with us in the past few months (and going forward) will get an email (with an opt-out option so we don’t bug you too much) asking for a review and linking you to the product’s page to make this easy on you. We’re not going to offer discounts or other incentives, that would be like buying your opinion and that doesn’t feel right. We want to know the truth, good or bad and will be right here responding as needed, usually within a day.
Thank you all for continuing to support this little dream of mine… I think it’s going to be a fantastic fall, if our feet are warm and happy it’s a lot easier to manage the stresses in this crazy busy world we all live in.

OMG SO EXCITED!!!! I’ve been hoping for a feature like this since my very first purchase from SockDreams back in 2007! Ooooooh ooooh now I have an excuse to pull ALL my socks out of the closet, because of course I have to try them all on to *remember* how they fit, right? Right? So happy!!!
@Sena, Oooh, totally! It’ll be like seeing old friends! Who knows what you’ll find, if you have anything like our collections (they go back through the ages. . .)
There turned out to be a glitch n the notification system that didn’t allow for opting out of further notifications so we shut them off til it gets fixed… due to be done by the end of October.
It’s so great seeing all the reviews and questions coming in!!!

Something weird I noticed is that my review count seems to be split up into three seperate Yurikos? The review I left on the EG Smith Solid Thigh Highs and the reviews I left on the Socklings/O Woolies seem to be cut off from the rest of my account, which is fairly strange since they all have the same name.
@Yuriko, yay! And that’s weird! Everything should be attached to your account if you’re signed in. I’ll forward this to the folks who deal with the inner details of our review system and see what they know.
Thank you! The reviews I left on the Skater Stripes are separated as well. My recent review for the Extraordinary Thigh Highs was published on the profile with the EG Smith Solid Thigh High review, which is very strange.
@Yuriko, so wild! We’ll see what we can do about that. The first guess the techs have is that maybe you’re using a different email to log in? If not, then the mystery continues!
The weird thing is that the review notifications have always been sent to the same email…

I looked at your case and can you please reach out to your contributor and ask that she clicks on the review confirmation email this will lock the nickname to her account and stop the creation of all this profile IDs
She will need to do this for all the confirmation emails that she receive.
